To be able to demonstrate the data entry environment for the study that hasn't been live yet, follow the steps below:

1. Add users to your study.
2. Give them 'Manage Participants' rights and other relevant rights, for example 'Add', 'View', 'Edit', and 'View Surveys' and 'Send Surveys'. 
3. The users will then be able to access the Participants tab by clicking on the study title in the 'My studies' overview. Keep in mind, a maximum of 10 participants can be created in the studies that have never been live.
