What is a quote request

Some studies require other departments to support in study actions. These are referred to as participating departments, and can be added to a study. Users can request a quote, an email will be sent to all users with the associated role in the participating department.

Managing a request for a quote

• Go to the 'Studies' tab.
• Open the study.
• Go to the ‘Participating departments’ tab.
• Open the participating department and review the provided details.
• If necessary, check other study information e.g. study protocol.
• f necessary, upload the correct invoice address in the ‘Invoice addresses’ tab.
• Go to the 'Documents' tab and upload the quote.
