How can we send multiple ICFs to a patient?

For existing subject, to add a new form, in the 'Profile' sub-tab, press the three dot menu and choose the option to 'Add new'.
In the pop-up window, select applicable forms and click on the 'Add' button:
Alternatively, after opening a subject, navigate to the 'Consent Forms' sub-tab and click on the 'Add new form' to add another consent form:
