Videos can be an effective way to convey important information to participants, and our platform facilitates the integration of videos into the ICFs. Currently it's possible to add a link to a video.

To add a video, simply use the "Insert/Edit Link" option available in the "Form text" section while creating or editing an ICF.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on “Insert/Edit Link.”
2. In the URL field, paste the link to your video.
3. Provide the “Text to display” that participants will click on to view the video.
4. Under “Open link in…”, select “New window” to ensure the video opens in a new tab, providing a seamless experience for the participant.
5. Click “Save” to embed the video link in your ICF.

By integrating videos, you can enhance the engagement and understanding of participants, making the consent process more informative and interactive.
